Job summary

eNL is seeking a qualified Agricultural Property Solicitor to join its Devon team. You will manage a varied caseload covering sales and acquisitions of farms, estates and rural land, tenancy matters, easements, and title issues, advising farming families and rural businesses across the South West.

With 5+ years' PQE and a sound technical knowledge of agricultural property law, you will build lasting relationships with clients and professionals, and help grow the department within the local

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in agricultural property law
• Experience advising farming families, landowners and rural businesses
• Sound technical knowledge of agricultural property matters
• Ability to develop and grow the department within the local farming community

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a varied caseload including sales and acquisitions of farms, estates and rural land
• Advise on agricultural tenancy matters, easements, restrictive covenants and title issues
• Collaborate with land agents and other professionals to deliver practical solutions
• Help expand the department's presence in the South West
