eNL is seeking a qualified Agricultural Property Solicitor to join its Devon team. You will manage a varied caseload covering sales and acquisitions of farms, estates and rural land, tenancy matters, easements, and title issues, advising farming families and rural businesses across the South West.

This full time position in Devon suits a qualified Agriculture Property Solicitor with at least five years' post-qualification experience. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload covering sales and acquisitions of farms, estates and rural land, alongside tenancy matters, easements, restrictive covenants and title issues. Working within a specialist team, the solicitor will advise farming families, landowners and rural businesses across the South West, while helping to expand the firm's presence in the local community. Collaboration with other professionals, including land agents, forms part of the position. Salary ranges from £65,000 to £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. Agricultural Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Devon, £65,000+ (DOE) – We are looking for an experienced Agricultural Solicitor to join a specialist team and work with a fantastic range of farming families, landowners, estates and rural businesses across Devon and the wider South West. THE ROLE:

• You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for a varied caseload while also helping to grow the teams presence within the local rural community.
• You’ll advise clients on a broad range of agricultural and rural property matters, including: sales and acquisitions involving farms, estates, agricultural land and rural property, agricultural tenancy matters and easements, restrictive covenants, title issues and land registration.
• Working alongside other professionals, including land agents, accountants and other advisers, to deliver practical solutions for clients.
• There will also be scope to play an active role in developing the department, strengthening existing connections within the farming community and creating new professional relationships.

THE ROLE:

• Applications are sought from Agricultural Solicitors with 5+ years’ PQE and a strong background in agricultural and rural property work.
• Understands the realities of working with farming families, landowners and rural businesses.
• Has sound technical knowledge across agricultural property law and related rural matters.
• Can build genuine, long-term relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Communicates confidently and can make complex legal issues straightforward and accessible.
• Is proactive, well organised and comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team.
