Job summary

QED Legal LLP in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Road Traffic Accident Solicitor at Senior Solicitor or Associate level to join a well established team.

You will manage a varied RTA caseload, including complex and litigated matters, while supervising a small pod of paralegals and trainees.

There is a strong emphasis on developing advocacy and leadership, with salary competitive and linked to experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years PQE in RTA recommended.
• Experience supervising juniors is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong litigation and advocacy skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied RTA caseload, including complex and litigated matters.
• Supervise and support a small pod of Paralegals, Trainees and junior colleagues.
• Develop advocacy and court skills further while contributing to the team’s performance.
