Job summary

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust Basildon Hospital seeks a Senior Rotational Physiotherapist to develop clinical leadership while delivering patient-centred care. Qualifications

• Prior NHS physiotherapist experience is required.
• Experience working in rehabilitation or multidisciplinary teams is essential.
• Teaching or presenting experience is preferred.
• Supervising students or junior staff is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Join our on-call rota and weekend rotations; seven-day rota with extended hours during rotations.
• Participate in six-month rotations across multiple clinical areas.
• Lead and support clinical teamwork, with strong communication and leadership.
• Engage in professional development, research and quality improvement activities.
