Job summary

The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Rotational Physiotherapist with an interest in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic treatment. You will be an integral part of the Trust, helping patients recover and regain independence through six-month rotations across clinics, hydrotherapy, gym rehabilitation and inpatient wards.

You will perform advanced assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans as an autonomous practitioner, and contribute to an on-call rota.

Qualifications

• Interest in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic physiotherapy.
• Ability to work autonomously within rotation and manage a caseload.

Responsibilities

• Rotate six months through out-patients, hydrotherapy, gym rehabilitation, orthopaedic in-patients, and orthopaedic oncology.
• Perform advanced physiotherapeutic assessment and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the multidisciplinary team.
• Be an active member of the on-call service and work evenings/weekends as required.
