Job summary

Bromley Healthcare is seeking a Band 6 physiotherapist on a permanent rotational scheme across community and inpatient services. You will manage a complex caseload as a senior autonomous practitioner, developing individualised treatment plans and supporting safe transfers of care.

You will rotate every six months through inpatient, community, clinics, social care and possibly virtual work, delivering both individual and group interventions while contributing to audit and service development.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate clinical experience in community or inpatient settings
• HCPC registration (Qualified Physiotherapist)
• Evidence of reflective practice/CPD portfolio optional

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex caseload as an autonomous practitioner within a multidisciplinary team
• Formulate and progress individualised treatment plans
• Promote independence and reduce deterioration or admission
• Support safe and timely transfers of care
• Rotate through inpatient and community settings, including clinics and social/care settings
• Deliver individual and group interventions
• Work across North and South Community Health Locality Teams and Borough Wide Services
• Contribute to audit and service development
• Educate patients, students, colleagues and stakeholders
• Respond flexibly to changing priorities
