Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD in Rochester is seeking a Roofing Designer to join a renowned building envelope specialist with 30+ years of experience delivering high-profile UK roofing packages. You will produce detailed 2D drawings across standing seam, composite panels, single ply, hot melt, liquid and green roofs while coordinating with premium system manufacturers.

Qualifications

Proven design experience within roofing, building envelope or a specialist envelope contractor.
Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems including standing seam, single ply, etc.
Ability to produce clear, accurate drawings from surveys, sketches and briefs.

Responsibilities

Produce detailed 2D construction drawings for roofing packages across multiple systems.
Coordinate with manufacturers on system-specific detailing.
Carry out site surveys and photographic records.
Prepare material take-offs and coordinate with the commercial team on quantities.
Attend design and progress meetings with clients, architects and engineers.
