• Strong ready-mix concrete background and plant operations knowledge.
• Experience managing batching plants and dispatch processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage staff performance.
• Solid understanding of BSI procedures and quality compliance.
• Knowledge of mix designs and cube testing.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day operational responsibility across two batching plants.
• Manage production performance, downtime and maintenance.
• Oversee dispatch, deliveries and service levels.
• Lead and develop batchers, drivers and yard staff.
• Produce regular operational reports for the owner.
