Triodos Bank UK is seeking a Senior Risk Reporting & Analytics Manager to lead holistic risk and compliance reporting for the Bank and Triodos Group boards.
You will build and validate robust models, use horizon scanning, and deliver timely risk insights across prudential, operational, climate and compliance risk domains. The role offers flexible hybrid working with two days in Bristol and the option to work from home.
Triodos Bank is an award-winning organisation and one of Europe’s leading sustainable banks, whose mission is to make money work for positive social, environmental, and cultural change. We offer a wide range of banking services for people who want to use their money consciously – from current accounts through to investments and savings. We only finance companies, organisations and projects that benefit people and the environment.
As Senior Risk Reporting & Analytics Manager, you will report to the Head of Enterprise, Financial & Operational Risk Management (EFORM). You will be responsible for building, maintaining and continuously developing holistic risk and compliance reporting. Your key objective will be to use reporting and analytical insight to support decision-making at all levels across Triodos UK and Triodos Group Boards and sub-committees.
You will use external insight and horizon scanning to support the development and validation of robust models that can be used by the Risk function to strengthen risk management across the Bank. This includes reporting on prudential, operational, climate and compliance risk modelling, as well as the identification of risk concentrations, correlations and potential mitigations.
This role offers the benefits of flexible hybrid working, with an expectation to be in our Bristol office 2 days a week with the option to work from home on the other days.
As Senior Risk Reporting & Analytics Manager, you will have strong experience in risk and compliance reporting, risk rating tools, modelling and analysis, with a solid understanding of the relevant regulations.
You will bring advanced Excel skills and experience with tools such as SAS. Exposure to SQL, R or Python would be an advantage.
You will be a modelling subject matter expert, able to advise stakeholders at all levels on the strengths and limitations of the tools used.
You will have a strong eye for detail, with experience of producing clear, insightful reports that draw out key recommendations and conclusions across multiple risk domains.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, along with a flexible approach, resilience under pressure and the ability to work at pace whilst balancing competing priorities. You will have a genuine interest in people and planet, and an affinity with Triodos values.
In return for your hard work and expertise, you will receive a competitive full-time equivalent package of £61,350 - £77,000 depending on experience, plus access to our extensive benefits package, where most of our benefits are non-contributory.
At Triodos Bank, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive organisation. We particularly welcome applications from underrepresented groups and neurodiverse candidates, and we value different career paths and lived experiences.
