Zusammenfassung

Triodos Bank UK is seeking an Enterprise Risk Manager to join the EFORM team and strengthen second line oversight across enterprise and regulatory risk. You will work with Risk and business colleagues to maintain the Risk Management Framework, appetite, and horizon scanning while supporting ethical banking and customer outcomes.

The role offers flexible hybrid working with in-office presence in Bristol two days per week and the option to work from home on other days, reflecting Triodos' values

Qualifikationen

• Experience in banking/financial services in second line risk.
• Understanding of RMFs, risk appetite, risk strategy, and RC-SAs.
• Strong communication and analytical thinking.

Aufgaben

• Support enterprise risk oversight across the EFORM team and analysis.
• Maintain the Risk Strategy, RMF, appetite updates and horizon scanning.
• Promote risk culture and awareness across TBUK, esp. Finance & Treasury.
• Provide risk input to projects and change activity as needed.
• Deliver clear risk reporting and insight for decision-making.
• Build relationships across Risk and the wider business.
• Act in line with regulatory obligations and governance.
