The Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom invites applications for a Senior Risk Portfolio Associate within the Supervision, Policy & Competition division. You will report to cross-cutting committees and help distill insights from across PDA and PSR for leadership.

You will identify cross-cutting risks, work with sector risk leads, and develop monitoring and reporting processes. The role requires strong data analysis and the ability to present to senior audiences.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable expertise in risk analysis and good understanding of the payments landscape.
• Demonstrable experience of effective stakeholder management and clear and effective communication across multiple engagement channels
• Demonstrable knowledge of UK financial services regulation.

Responsabilités

• You will report into relevant committees, and present insights to leadership teams.
• Identify and prioritise risks across portfolios, including cross-cutting ones, and assess the impact of mitigations.
• Work with sector risk leads across payments, payment systems or digital assets to manage cross-cutting risks.
• Ensure risks are managed with documented actions and controls, reported per governance.
• Analyse data and present concise, persuasive analyses to senior audiences.
• Assess how regulatory interventions impact the market and identify prioritized risks and opportunities.
