The Senior Investment Analyst will drive financial analysis and valuation support to Corporate Development, supporting business development and investment opportunities across Europe, the UK and beyond. This role reports to the Head of Investment within the CIO team and involves liaising with senior management, external advisers and internal partners to enable informed strategic

Qualifications

• Experience in building and challenging financial models for corporate development, M&A and asset opportunities.
• Ability to prepare investment analyses, papers and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with external advisers, banks and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial modelling for potential business development projects, acquisitions or divestments of offshore wind assets.
• Develop and maintain quantitative and qualitative analyses for investment opportunities.
• Evaluate inputs to investment decisions and identify key value drivers in valuation results.
• Communicate results to senior management and external stakeholders for informed decisions.
• Lead due diligence and workstreams for M&A and partnership opportunities.
• Support the investment approval process with senior management and committees.
