• In-depth knowledge of risk management methodologies (e.g., COSO ERM), tools, and techniques.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide risk management frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in managing and developing a team.
• Professional certifications such as CRM, PRM, or FRM are highly desirable.
