CMR, a nuclear-industry focused project controls consultancy, is seeking a Senior Risk Manager/Lead to develop and implement the overall risk management framework across the UK.

You will lead Delivery Risk, train teams, and promote a proactive risk culture while delivering robust data and insights to project stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid (3 days remote / 2 days in Bridgewater or Bristol). Salary is competitive and enhanced by private healthcare, pension and a merit-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management or project controls within large-scale projects.
• Ability to develop and implement risk management and reporting capabilities.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with challenging assumptions to improve data delivery.

Responsabilités

• Drive efficiencies by challenging ways of working and information flows.
• Collaborate with key functions on data and analysis.
• Lead integrated project controls within the Delivery Risk function.
• Develop risk competency within the function and lead training.
• Govern and implement Delivery Risk management processes for timely reporting.
• Provide timely assessment of risk exposure with Cost to support forecasting.
