Qualifications

• A relevant professional qualification (APM Risk Certificate or IRM Certificate) is required or in progress.
• Experience using Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) techniques and tools (e.g., @Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis, Safran).
• Knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management tools (ARM, Predict!, Xactium, CLEW).
• Understanding of how Risk Management interfaces with project/programme management, change, planning, and reporting.
• Collaborative client-facing style and logical, structured problem solving.
• Experience delivering Risk Management at Programme or Strategic levels.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of risk and opportunity management frameworks across projects.
• Lead risk identification, assessment, analysis, mitigation, and monitoring across multiple risk domains.
• Manage risk registers with controls, actions and mitigations throughout the lifecycle.
• Deliver qualitative and quantitative risk analysis to support forecasting and contingency planning.
• Produce risk reporting, dashboards, heat maps, and KRIs for governance and decision making.
• Foster relationships with clients, regulators, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
