Job summary

Pegasus Search & Selection is seeking a Risk Manager / Senior Risk Manager to support major projects across Energy, Infrastructure and Natural Resources. You will design risk processes, run workshops, maintain risk registers and report to senior stakeholders.

You should have strong experience in project risk management, knowledge of ISO 31000 or IPA guidance, and hands-on use of quantitative tools like Monte Carlo analysis. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project or programme risk management in major capital programmes.
• Knowledge of ISO 31000 or IPA guidance.
• Experience with quantitative risk assessment techniques such as Monte Carlo.
• Ability to translate complex risk information for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and implement risk management processes for projects and programmes.
• Facilitate risk workshops with project teams and SMEs.
• Create and maintain risk registers and risk data quality.
• Challenge risk information to reflect project environments accurately.
• Develop and track mitigation actions with delivery teams.
• Lead QCRA/QSRA activities and interpret outputs.
• Produce clear risk reports for stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with Planning, Cost and Change teams to align risk information.
