Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a senior risk management professional to lead risk governance across large capital programs. You will develop frameworks, facilitate workshops, and perform both qualitative and quantitative analyses including Monte Carlo simulations to quantify impacts on cost, schedule, and performance.

You will maintain risk registers in Primavera Cloud (12C), support Risk Management Plans, and collaborate with project teams to embed risk practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Risk Management, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in project controls, risk management, or capital project delivery, preferably within the pharmaceutical or industrial sectors.
• Proficiency in risk management frameworks, governance processes, and project assurance activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project and portfolio-level risk management frameworks, strategies, and governance processes.
• Facilitate risk identification, assessment, and mitigation workshops across all project phases.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analyses, including Monte Carlo simulations.
• Support Risk Management Plans, Risk Response Plans, and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain risk registers in Oracle Primavera Cloud (12C) with data accuracy and traceability.
• Evaluate, monitor, and report on key risks and residual impacts on cost, schedule, quality, and performance.
• Lead or support Independent Project Reviews (IPRs), Health Checks, Gate Reviews, and capital funding submissions.
• Partner with Project Managers, Engineering Leads, and stakeholders to embed risk management into execution plans.
• Provide training and mentoring to strengthen risk awareness and proactive risk ownership.
• Prepare executive risk dashboards and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned.
