Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or Project Management.
• Professional certification in Project Controls, Planning, Cost Management, or Project Management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of integrated project controls systems.
• Establish and manage baselines: schedules, cost plans, resources, and performance metrics.
• Apply controls processes and reporting across all project phases.
• Provide project controls leadership to teams and management.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules from bid to completion.
• Manage baselines, schedule updates, critical path analysis.
• Perform trend analysis and forecasting for risks and opportunities.
• Support delivery strategies with execution teams.
• Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports on cost and schedule.
• Monitor variances and take corrective actions.
• Maintain forecasting for governance and decisions.
• Provide portfolio-level reporting to stakeholders.
• Implement progress measurement and EVM across disciplines.
• Ensure accurate, transparent project progress.
• Provide metrics and analysis for proactive management.
• Lead and mentor project controls professionals on major projects.
• Foster continuous improvement and best practices.
• Build relationships with internal teams, clients, contractors.
• Support capability development across regional/global teams.
• Champion improvements in controls methodologies and tools.
• Drive standardisation and lessons learned.
• Support development of world-class controls function.
