Job summary

Mactech Energy Group is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst for the Hinkley Point C project in Somerset. You will own risk management across the programme, ensuring timely identification, analysis and response to risks and opportunities, and maintain high-quality data in the risk system.

You will deliver risk and opportunity reports, support issue reviews and scenario planning, and provide training on risk tools to the project team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering risk insights to drive evidence-based decision making.
• Experience integrating risk with cost, schedule and change for unified reporting.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for senior audiences.
• Ability to facilitate risk conversations with Executives and Directors.
• Ability to train others on risk management tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide assurance of risk data accuracy and timely reporting across the Programme/Area.
• Maintain risk and opportunity data in the ARM system and power BI dashboards.
• Deliver risk and opportunity reports to defined cycles with commentary on drivers.
• Support issue and opportunity reviews, including scenario planning sessions.
• Lead risk management training for the Programme/Area team and apprentices.
