Job summary

Arch Insurance is seeking a Regional Risk Control professional to support underwriting strategies across the South East and Thames Valley by leading risk surveys, reporting, and risk improvements within service standards.

You will mentor the survey team under the UK Survey Team Manager, maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical and legal risk issues, and collaborate across the organisation to enhance risk management services and market reputation.

Qualifications

• Chartered CIP/ACII designation expected.
• CMIRM credential preferred.
• NEBOSH certificate or diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Carry a planned number of risk surveys annually and prepare reports with risk improvements.
• Support in managing and developing the survey team through training.
• Keep up-to-date on technical/legal risk issues and inform relevant teams.
• Assist audits of Risk Surveyors to ensure technical standards.
• Collaborate with other functions and lead initiatives to boost risk services and reputation.
