Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) seeks a Manager-level Group Risk professional within the Second Line of Defence to oversee non-financial and strategic risks across Analytics and Commercial AI activities. You will partner with Product, Analytics, Engineering, Legal and Compliance to identify, assess and report risk while enabling responsible innovation.

Qualifications

• Deep enterprise risk management experience in financial markets infrastructure, data, analytics, fintech, or regulated financial services.
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, governance, risk assessments, issue management and control maturity.
• Knowledge of AI governance, model risk, cyber risk, third‑party risk, privacy and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee risk across BAU, transformation and AI-led activity, assessing risk and control maturity and issuing remediation guidance.
• Ensure risks are identified, managed and escalated; provide practical insights for investment decisions and product development.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Privacy and Risk teams to support AI governance and regulatory alignment.
