Job summary

Arthur Recruitment is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Analytics & AI Risk Management to join a global IT Risk function within a leading financial services organisation. The role focuses on becoming the SME for Data, Analytics and AI Risk, collaborating with Data, Analytics, AI and Technology teams to mature risk controls and governance.

You will lead risk assessments, influence senior leaders and embed policies that balance governance with business innovation in a demanding regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI governance and risk management in regulated financial services.
• Proficiency in RCSA design, control testing and remediation activities.
• Ability to operate in large, complex organisations with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data, Analytics and AI risk assessments and RCSAs.
• Support design, implementation and enhancement of risk and control frameworks.
• Identify control gaps and drive remediation activities.
• Embed new policies and standards into business operations.
• Advise stakeholders on emerging Data and AI risks.
• Facilitate workshops with senior business and technology leaders.
• Support control maturity, assurance readiness and governance reporting.
• Ensure risk management enables innovation and business objectives.
