Job summary

Gofractional in London is seeking a Group Risk professional (2nd line) to support the CRO for DSM and oversee risk management across LSE plc, Turquoise and DMI. The role involves governance, regulatory reporting, and collaboration with business heads to embed the risk framework.

You will contribute to risk strategy, scenario planning, BCM/DR testing, and independent risk assessment of new strategy and major projects, while promoting continuous improvement and AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification.
• Background in Risk from a financial services institution.
• Understanding of financial services regulatory regime and policies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across the Group.
• Desire to adopt AI tooling into daily work.

Responsibilities

• Support the CRO for DSM and risk management across LSE plc, Turquoise and DMI.
• Prepare Risk Committee materials, Board papers and regulatory responses.
• Liaise with 1st and 2nd line business heads to embed risk framework.
• Conduct scenario, BCM and DR testing and review outputs for vulnerabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement and use of AI tools for risk insights.
• Provide independent second line assessment of emerging risks related to strategy and major projects.
• Deliver training and workshops to stakeholders as required.
