A leading energy company seeks a Senior Risk Analyst to guide project risk management activities across various infrastructure projects. The role involves leading risk reviews, coordinating risk reporting, and fostering collaboration with project teams to ensure effective risk management. Base Location: For this role, we require successful applicants to be based from one of our Scottish locations – Perth, Aberdeen or Inverness.
Salary: £42,600 - £64,000 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Reporting to the Risk Lead and Head of Risk (Offshore), the Senior Risk Analyst will take a leadership role in guiding project risk management activities across Offshore Directorate projects, ensuring that risks are thoughtfully identified, assessed, and mitigated. Collaborating closely with project teams, they will foster a supportive, inclusive environment to drive effective risk management processes and assist in programme-wide decision-making.
