Are you an experienced Insurance Risk professional looking for an exciting new challenge, where you can have your ideas heard and ultimately shape the risk framework of our incredible business?

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our risk management approach from the ground up.

About the role

As the Senior Risk Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering a comprehensive risk management programme across the entire group internationally. You will be involved in rolling out risk workstreams and ensuring their global embedment. Your responsibilities will include managing risk processes for Group entities, including the UK regulated MGA, all international offices, and Syndicate risk activities. You will interact with stakeholders across the business.

About you

We are seeking an experienced proactive Risk specialist with expertise in insurance risk frameworks.

Desired knowledge and experience include:

• Good understanding of Lloyd’s and regulatory requirements;
• Familiarity with the PRA supervisory framework, policies, and Solvency II principles;
• London market insurance experience, preferably with a Lloyd’s managing agent;
• Experience with delegated authorities and knowledge of binding authority agreements is highly regarded.

This role is part of building out our Risk function. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with good organisational skills and the ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.
