Qualifications

• Trade qualification or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years demonstrated experience as an Electronics Technician on a MODU.
• DP Semi-submersibles experience may require Flag State Maintenance Supervisor license.
• Superior troubleshooting skills and ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair all electronic equipment onboard the rig.
• Finish incomplete repairs safely within schedule and reduce backlog.
• Keep equipment failure within contractual limits and maintain logs.
• Track PLCs and software versions; update as required.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and good two-way crew communication.
• Assist in development of new team members and support ongoing operations.
