Job summary

Beach Baker Property Recruitment is assisting a leading rural practice in Cornwall to recruit a RICS Chartered Surveyor / Registered Valuer for its Rural Team. You will valuate diverse rural assets, manage client relationships and help develop new workstreams across a wide region.

Qualifications

• RICS qualification with Registered Valuer status preferred.
• Experience in rural surveying or valuation roles.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and valuation standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong client care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver valuations across rural asset classes including farmland and estates.
• Support regional valuation delivery across Cornwall and nearby counties.
• Assist financial reporting valuations for private clients and institutions.
• Engage with clients, auditors and partners for timely delivery.
• Contribute to business growth by identifying new fee-earning opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams to promote the valuation offering.
