Job summary

MASS in St Neots is seeking a Senior HIL Engineer (RF) to design and build analogue RF circuits for integration with complex RF systems. This full-time, on-site role focuses on developing hardware for synthetic ranges and high-importance trials.

You will deploy tests, write automation scripts (MATLAB, Python, LabVIEW), and work with government and industry partners to verify performance. A STEM degree and UK work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of RF analogue designs and testing (trade-offs between bandwidth and signal purity).
• Scaling and calibration activities to ensure synthetic environments are correctly represented to real-time HIL systems.
• Experience writing test automation scripts for real-time systems (MATLAB, Python, LabVIEW).
• Ability to solve problems in a methodical manner.
