Mass Consultants Ltd in St Neots is seeking a Senior HIL Engineer (RF) to design and build analogue RF circuits, deploy hardware models, and verify synthetic ranges for government and industry partners.

The role is on-site at our St Neots facility, with a strong emphasis on automated test solutions (MATLAB, Python, LabVIEW) and real-time systems, plus a generous salary and benefits.

Applicants must be UK-national with SC-level clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of RF analogue designs and testing.
• Scaling and calibration activities to ensure synthetic environments are correctly represented to real-time HIL systems.
• Experience writing test automation scripts for real-time systems (MATLAB, Python, LabView etc.).
• Ability to solve problems in a methodical manner.
• STEM degree.
