Job summary

ALTEN in Templecombe, United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced RF Engineer to design and develop RF circuits and subsystems for complex platforms. You will contribute to RF analysis, integration, and verification across challenging environments on-site.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong RF architectures knowledge, and hands-on experience with RF testing and simulation tools. Security clearance (SC) is a plus and on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 0Experience developing RF systems within complex engineering programmes.
• Strong understanding of communication and RF architectures.
• Experience supporting RF testing and validation activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF circuits and subsystem architectures.
• Perform RF simulation, modelling, and performance analysis.
• Support test, integration, and verification activities.
• Conduct RF troubleshooting, fault finding, and performance optimisation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and design artefacts.
• Collaborate with systems, electronics, and programme teams.
