Job summary

Electus Recruitment is seeking a Principal RF Engineer in Stevenage. The role covers RF design, development and integration for advanced simulation and defence applications. You will analyze system performance and troubleshoot complex challenges, working with electronics, software and other engineering specialists.

The position is hybrid in Stevenage with on-site requirements four days per week. A British citizen eligible for SC clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in RF design, development and test activities.
• Background in system integration and performance analysis.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary engineering environments.
• Able to support complex real-time or embedded technology programmes.
• British Citizen and eligible to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain RF equipment used within advanced simulation and test environments.
• Support the integration of RF, electronics and software technologies to deliver new technical capabilities.
• Analyse system behaviour and troubleshoot complex engineering challenges.
• Contribute to highly realistic hardware and simulation environments used to validate sophisticated defence systems.
• Work closely with specialists from multiple engineering disciplines to deliver innovative solutions.
