We are working with a leading company in the defence industry, seeking a talented Senior RF Engineer to join their dynamic team in Stevenage. Due to the nature of our clients projects, we require applicants to be British Nationals or Dual British Nationals.

Key Responsibilities as a Senior RF Engineer:

• Design and develop RF and microwave circuits for advanced defencesystems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful integration of RF systems.
• Conduct simulations and performance analysis to validate designs.
• Provide technical support and expertise throughout the product lifecycle.

Experience as a Senior RF Engineer:

• Strong background in RF and microwave circuit design.
• Experience with simulation tools such as ADS, AWR, or similar.
• Knowledge of RF measurement techniques and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Benefits:

• Competitive Salary:Circa £65,000 base with additional bonuses and earnings mentioned below.
• Company bonus: Up to £2,500 (based on company performance and will vary year to year).
