We are currently working with a thriving start-up semiconductor company based in Cambridge, looking to bring in an experienced Senior RF Engineer to join their design team, specialising in front-end modules and RF board-level design.

In this position, as a Senior RF Engineer, you will carry out projects from design to full release to customers, involving multi-bandwidth and high-frequency design work. Experience with Power Amplifiers, Low Noise Amplifiers, noise minimisation, interference isolation techniques, filters, and individual RF component performance is required.

Requirements as a Senior RF Engineer

• Experience of RF transmitter and receiver components, transmission line theory, antennas, RF front-end module (FEM), and RF system architectures and specifications.
• Experience with RF performance characterisation and optimisation of radio subsystems to meet 3GPP and FCC compliance requirements.
• Experience using schematic capture, PCB layout tools, RF simulation tools.
