Job summary

Network Rail is seeking a Senior Reward Business Partner to work with senior leaders and HR to deliver reward strategies that align with business priorities.

You will advise on pay, benefits and reward policies, analyse data for insights, and lead job evaluation activities while supporting executive remuneration matters. The role involves stakeholder engagement and shaping the employee experience within a national organisation.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualified or relevant experience to demonstrate level of competence.
• Substantial experience in a reward role with a good understanding of core issues and employee benefits.
• Experienced in the Korn Ferry job evaluation methodology.
• Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills essential, with ability to build relationships with senior leaders, HR colleagues, unions and external partners.
• Experience of leading reward projects, influencing stakeholders and delivering practical solutions in a complex environment.
