Job description

Job Title: Senior Reward & Benefits Advisor

My client is a leading and award-winning law firm seeking to recruit a Senior Reward & Benefits Advisor to join their HR team on an ongoing temporary basis.

The Senior Reward & Benefits Advisor will play a key role in supporting various legal divisions and the wider HR team, handling a range of responsibilities including:

  1. Supporting the Reward & Benefits Assistant with employee, partner, and broker queries related to global benefits.
  2. Collaborating with the Reward & Benefits Manager to support and analyze annual reward activities.
  3. Participating in global salary surveys, managing annual benefit renewals, and preparing proposals, renewal communications, workflows, and benefit information documents.
  4. Assisting with the global business services and fee earner salary review process, including benchmarking and modeling.
  5. Staying informed on market developments and legislative changes affecting reward strategies in the legal sector.
  6. Supporting reward invoicing processes, including reconciliation and re-charge procedures.
  7. Managing the HR department's reward-related budget.
  8. Building and maintaining relationships with benefit consultants and account managers.
  9. Collaborating with the HR Data & Systems team.

Ideal candidates will be CIPD qualified with prior Reward/Compensation experience within a professional services firm. They should be proficient with PC programs and HR systems, possess excellent attention to detail, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency. Additionally, candidates should have solid data analysis, reporting skills, and the ability to present data effectively to senior stakeholders.
