Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking a Senior Revit Technician to join its Digital Engineering team in Cornwall. Take ownership of complex Revit models and BIM delivery across healthcare, infrastructure, industrial, and residential projects.

You will mentor junior technicians, develop Revit families and templates, and help shape BIM processes, ensuring ISO 19650 compliance and high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Revit-based MEP projects.
• Ability to mentor junior technicians.
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex MEP Revit models from setup to delivery.
• Produce high-quality drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models and resolve clashes.
• Support BIM coordination meetings and standards.
• Develop Revit families, templates and content libraries.
• Drive BIM process improvements across the business.
