Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is representing a consultancy on the outskirts of Redruth, seeking a Revit/BIM Technician to support MEP project delivery with strong Revit expertise. The role offers a starting salary of £37,500 and a permanent contract, with a broad project pipeline across healthcare, MOD, MOJ, commercial and industrial sectors.

You will produce accurate Revit models and drawings, coordinate with external consultants and internal teams, ensure compliance with UK regulations, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Revit Technician in a UK-based architectural or engineering practice.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and a solid understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings with an excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good communication and team collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed Revit models for MEP projects
• Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and construction documentation

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Revit/BIM Technician to join a consultancy based on the outskirts of Redruth. My client who is a Building Services Client provides full MEP Building Services across a variety of sectors including Healthcare, MOD, MOJ, Commercial and Industrial sector. With an already huge project pipeline if you are a Revit/BIM technician and are looking for a change this could be the role for you

The role:-

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Autodesk Revit and a sound understanding of BIM workflows. You will be responsible for producing accurate and high-quality Revit models and technical drawings in support of project delivery across various sectors. You will also:-
