Job summary

Elite Hotels in the United Kingdom seeks a detail-focused finance professional to oversee revenue accounting across outlets. You will audit transactions, prepare daily and monthly sales reports, and support the Finance team with sickness and holiday cover.

Daily banking, revenue verification, and the reconciliation of payments and vouchers will be routine. You will assist with the sales ledger, manage the Opera system interfaces, and ensure accurate posting of revenue across departments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hospitality revenue accounting and reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to process financial data accurately.
• Experience with Opera front-office system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit and verify revenue transactions and prepare daily/monthly sales reports.
• Complete daily banking and reconcile payments and card transactions.
• Assist accounting team with sales ledger, revenue distribution and postings.
• Ensure Elite Diners, gifts vouchers, and comp rooms are reconciled and reported.
• Maintain voids, sundry and laundry revenue records and related admin entries.
• Support month-end tasks with the Finance Manager and ad hoc reporting.
