Job summary

RAC is recruiting a Senior Retention Manager to shape how we retain and grow value for our members. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract leading the retention portfolio, driving initiatives that reduce churn and enhance member value through new products and digital experiences.

You’ll work with Insights, Digital, Marketing, Pricing and Finance to evolve our retention strategy and proposition roadmap, balancing commercial performance with member benefits and operational delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering initiatives to hit commercial and financial targets in a subscription-based business.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to use customer insight to drive performance.
• Experience developing and launching customer propositions or offers.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and influence senior levels.
• Experience in a breakdown, roadside assistance, subscription, insurance or similar recurring revenue environment is desirable but not essential.

About The Role

RAC are recruiting a Senior Retention Manager to help shape the future of how we retain, engage and grow value for our members.

This is a unique opportunity to join the Consumer Retention Squad on a 6-month fixed-term contract, taking ownership of key retention propositions and helping to drive member value through innovative products, digital experiences and commercial performance.

You’ll play a pivotal role in leading the RAC’s retention portfolio, developing compelling propositions, GTM strategies, delivering initiatives that reduce churn, and support commercial growth.

Working with individuals across Insights, Digital, Marketing, Pricing and Finance, you’ll bring strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery expertise to help us evolve our retention strategy and proposition roadmap.

What you’ll do
