Job summary

Eden Brown is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Retail Programme across the Midlands from feasibility through to handover in live environments. Strong NEC and RIBA familiarity are essential, with experience delivering fast-paced retail projects.

You will manage stakeholders, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure delivery on time, budget, and quality, with a commercial mindset and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Project Management or related construction discipline.
• Strong technical understanding of project delivery and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through all phases of delivery, from feasibility to completion and post-handover.
• Prepare and manage key stage project reports.
• Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with agreed procurement, commercial and contractual strategies.
• Managing tender processes, contractor queries and bid evaluations.
• Preparing and administering contract documentation.
• Chairing project meetings and producing meeting minutes and action schedules.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously within live operational environments.
• Monitoring project performance against programme, budget, risk and quality requirements.
• Promoting best practice in health & safety, quality and environmental management.
