Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall is seeking a Project Manager with RIBA experience to join our National Programmes team in the Midlands. You will manage multi-disciplinary project teams on retail projects and ensure delivery through defined processes.

The role offers hybrid working in Birmingham, with a strong emphasis on value, quality and client satisfaction, plus a tailored development programme within our employee-owned practice.

Qualifications

• Construction Project Management degree or equivalent delivery qualification.
• Well organised, diligent, proactive, commercially astute.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties efficiently in line with processes and procedures.
• Comply with procurement, commercial and contract strategies.
• Ensure Health, Safety, Environment and Quality standards are met.
• Prepare key stage reports from feasibility to post-handover.
• Deliver value for money while managing live sites and teams.
• Organise meetings and minutes; manage tender queries.
