Senior Retail Customer Advisor

As a Senior, you’ll play an integral part of the leadership team in store – coaching and guiding the team and supporting your manager with day-to-day operations.

This role is for problem-solvers and those eager to step up to challenges; individuals who want their careers to matter. Being a Senior Retail Customer Advisor isn’t just a title, but a badge of pride. You’ll be a key figure within your team, deputising and overseeing the store in the absence of the Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring both your team and customers feel valued. What you’ll do:

• Bring the shop floor to life with drive, motivation, and enthusiasm
• Impress customers with your technical knowledge and recommend suitable products
• Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers
• Maintain store standards when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent
• Demonstrate how you’ve worked towards and exceeded sales targets or met deadlines
• Serve and delight customers in a retail environment
• Enjoy teamwork but also possess leadership skills to guide and mentor
• Adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Possess knowledge of the telecoms sector
