Job summary

QC Legal is seeking an established Restructuring & Insolvency Partner to strengthen and expand its national practice from either the Leeds or Birmingham office. The role offers leadership, mentoring and strategic direction to support the continued development of the team and the firm.

The successful candidate will advise insolvency practitioners, lenders, investors, directors and distressed businesses on a wide range of restructuring and insolvency matters, while developing new business

Qualifications

• Established expertise in restructuring & insolvency with a regional reputation.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Track record of delivering commercially focused advice during complex restructurings.

Responsibilities

• Lead on complex corporate restructurings, administrations, liquidations and related strategies.
• Advise insolvency practitioners, lenders, investors and distressed businesses on a wide range of matters.
• Develop new business opportunities and deepen relationships with existing clients and referrers.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and strategic direction to the team.
