BELFOR Holdings Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Technician who will act as a technical expert onsite, delivering high-quality restoration and reinstatement works while guiding Restoration Technicians.

The role covers complex restoration activities, supporting project delivery, and ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. You will assist inspections during surge events, contribute to scope development, maintain documentation, and support leadership readiness.

Qualifications

• BDMA and/or IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, AMRT, etc.) – Desirable
• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in restoration, construction, or related disciplines – Desirable
• Health and Safety certifications (e.g. First Aid, Asbestos Awareness) – Desirable
• Valid driver's license.

The Senior Technician plays a key role as a technical expert onsite in delivering high-quality restoration and reinstatement works whilst providing day-to-day support, guidance, and leadership to Restoration Technicians. The role is responsible for undertaking complex restoration activities, supporting project delivery, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. They are also expected to support hands‑on activities such as inspections, especially during surge events.
