You will manage financials, recruitment and development, stock control and health and safety, working with the management team.

Qualifications

• Ability to inspire, motivate and lead teams.

• Passion for food & beverage and knowledge of the London restaurant scene.
• Working knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety requirements.
