JKS Restaurants is seeking a Senior Restaurant Manager for Brigadiers in London. You will be a hands-on leader, driving exceptional guest experiences, managing front-of-house operations, and leading a passionate team to uphold the highest service standards.

Ideal candidates will have a fine dining background, strong P&L and staff development capabilities, plus a proactive approach to health, safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing front-of-house in fine dining environments.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills with a hands-on approach.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, rostering and health & safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee service standards, financial performance, recruitment and training.
• Manage stock, procurement and health & safety compliance across the restaurant.
• Collaborate with management to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
