Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist in Respiratory Services for a fixed-term 12-month position at Farnham Community Hospital. The role is part-time (30 hours per week) with a flexible, expanding 7-day service and weekend cover as needed.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team and deliver evidence-based respiratory care across hospital, clinics and homes. You will perform advanced clinical assessments, develop holistic management plans, and contribute

Qualifications

Demonstrates up-to-date nursing knowledge and adherence to NMC guidelines.
Experience in leading a multidisciplinary team within respiratory care.
Ability to assess and plan holistic care for respiratory patients.

Responsibilities

Provide specialist respiratory interventions and support the multi-disciplinary team.
Assess respiratory patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Monitor and adapt care plans across hospital, clinics and home settings.
Work across designated sites and weekends as required.
