Qualifications

• RN/RSCN Diploma or Degree and NMC registration.
• Management qualification or equivalent leadership experience.
• MSc in Health, Quality or Leadership or working towards it within 2 years.
• Non-medical prescribing or work towards within 2 years.
• Recognised teaching/assessing qualification (998/997/mentorship).
• Trained in Advanced Life Support.
• Continuous Professional Development portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical objectives for the Respiratory services in partnership with Lead Clinician.
• Act as autonomous practitioner in diagnostic and therapeutic clinic sessions.
• Provide training/supervision and evaluate nursing staff within the team.
