Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust based at King Edward VII Hospital in Windsor is seeking a Band 6 Clinical Nurse Specialist/Practitioner in Respiratory. You will deliver specialist, patient-centred respiratory care as part of a multidisciplinary team across hospital and community settings.

The role covers assessment and management of COPD, Bronchiectasis, ILD, Asthma; requires driving licence for domiciliary visits; the post supports professional development and a future 7-day service.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse – Part 1,2,12 or HCPC registered.
First degree in nursing/HCPC, or demonstrable experience at this level.
Teaching/assessment programme.

Responsibilities

Provide specialist respiratory intervention within a multidisciplinary team.
Assess and develop holistic management plans for respiratory patients.
Travel across sites and perform domiciliary visits when needed.
