Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children’s and Young People Workforce.
• At least two years of experience in residential childcare working with young people.
• Valid manual driving licence and compliance with Ofsted age requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and supervise staff, manage placement plans, and ensure education is supported.
• Safeguard children at all times and build positive relationships with young people.
• Teach life skills and support young people on their journey into adulthood.
• Provide welfare support and guidance to residential workers.
